Motive Manufacturing is operated by Cohen Michael Green, an Australian sole trader trading under the business name Motive Manufacturing (ABN: 59 449 145 565).

When you use our 3D printing quote system, you may upload digital files such as STL files.

- determine manufacturing requirements;
- produce the requested item; and
- provide customer support relating to an order.
Technical information
Our website may automatically receive limited technical information necessary to operate the website, such as information relating to your browser, device, network connection and website activity.
Motive Manufacturing does not currently use third-party advertising or analytics services such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel.
2. How We Collect Information
We may collect information when you:
- create an account;
- request a quote;
- upload a file;
- place an order;
- provide your shipping information;
- contact us;
- subscribe to marketing communications;
- use our website; or
- otherwise communicate with Motive Manufacturing.

4. Payment Information
Online payments are processed through Stripe.
Motive Manufacturing does not generally receive or store customers' complete payment card details.
Payment information is handled by Stripe in accordance with Stripe's applicable terms and privacy practices.
Motive Manufacturing may receive information necessary to identify and reconcile a payment, such as transaction status, amount and limited payment-related information.
5. Website and Hosting Services
Our website and application infrastructure is provided through Base44.
Information submitted through the website may therefore be processed or stored using infrastructure provided by Base44 or its relevant service providers.
We take reasonable steps to ensure that information is handled appropriately and only used for legitimate business purposes.
6. Customer File
Customer-uploaded files are treated as confidential business information.
We do not sell customer-uploaded files or intentionally make them publicly available.
Files are used for purposes connected with providing the requested service.
Unless the customer has requested that a file be retained for future reproduction, customer production files will generally be deleted after production has been completed.
Where a customer asks us to retain a file for future orders, we may retain the file until the customer asks us to delete it or we otherwise determine that retention is no longer required.
7. Custom CAD Designs
Where Motive Manufacturing creates a custom CAD design for a customer, the completed design may be retained where necessary to provide the service or where the customer has requested future reproduction.
We will not intentionally publish or sell a customer's confidential custom design without the customer's permission, unless required or authorised by law.
8. Disclosure of Information
We may disclose information to third parties where reasonably necessary to provide our services.
This may include:
- payment processors such as Stripe;
- website and application infrastructure providers such as Base44;
- delivery and courier providers;
- technology and hosting providers;
- professional advisers where necessary; and
- government authorities or other parties where required or authorised by law.
We do not sell customers' personal information.
9. Overseas Service Providers
Some third-party technology providers used by Motive Manufacturing may process or store information outside Australia.
For example, payment, website infrastructure, hosting or other technology services may involve overseas processing depending on the provider's infrastructure.
By using our services, you acknowledge that information may be processed outside Australia where reasonably necessary to provide our services.
We will take reasonable steps to use reputable service providers and protect information appropriately.

Customer-uploaded production files will generally be deleted after production unless retention has been requested or is reasonably necessary.
Some information, such as transaction and accounting records, may need to be retained for longer periods to meet Australian legal and taxation requirements.

You may contact Motive Manufacturing to request access to or correction of personal information we hold about you.
We will consider reasonable requests and take appropriate steps to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
Some requests may be subject to legal limitations or verification requirements.

Where the information is not required to be retained for legal, accounting, tax, security, dispute-resolution or other legitimate purposes, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
