Your parts stay yours.
We understand that the parts you send us may be commercially sensitive, proprietary, or covered by client obligations. Here's exactly what confidentiality looks like at Motive Manufacturing:
- NDA on request. We're happy to sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement before you share any files or parts — just ask.
- Private handling. Files and physical parts are accessed only by the engineer assigned to your job, and never shared outside the studio.
- Delete on completion. Once your job is finished and you've confirmed you're happy, you can request that we permanently delete all CAD files, meshes, and related data from our systems.
- No reuse. We never reuse, resell, or republish your designs or reverse-engineered models for any other client.
